Gall Stone natural Non Surgical Treatment

There are several ways for treating Gall Bladder disorders. Broadly these are:-
A) SURGICAL ( CLICK HERE)
B) NON SURGICAL

Here I am listing some details of Non Surgical methods of Gall Bladder treatment:-

(i) dietary modifications – such as limiting or eliminating fatty foods and dairy products. Recommended diet in Gall Stones are as follows.

(ii) lithotripsy – a special machine generates soundwaves to shatter the gallstones. This treatment is used in certain centres only, for the minority of people with small and soft stones medications – some medications can dissolve gallstones, but this treatment is only rarely given, due to side effects and a variable success rate surgery.

(iii) Conventional treatment:  These are tried if stone size is less than 10 mm. Gallstone dissolution with different drugs such as chenodeoxycholic acid (Chenix), ursodeoxycholic acid (Actigall), methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), and ethyl propionate. These drugs only work on smaller cholesterol stones and may cause diarrhea, hepatic injury and an increase in plasma cholesterol level, nausea, pain or fever. MTBE administration (intragallbladder instillation) is an invasive procedure.
